Prior to starting his own firm in Sunnyvale CA Varish worked for Siemens (India) Ltd as an industrial trainee under Institute of Chartered Accountants of India regulations. Varish owned a Tax Practice and a software consulting firm designing Financial Accounting Systems in Bombay India. He worked for SoftBank Services Group based in Monterey CA designing developing implementing complex financial warehousing and business applications. He worked for Calyx Software in San Jose CA designing developing implementing Financial Accounting and Registration System. He successfully owned, managed a Pack N Ship store in Sunnyvale CA since 1998 and then sold in 2017.

Varish received his B.Com degree from the University of Bombay in 1983, became a Chartered Accountant from India in 1985. Passed his CPA exams from CA State Board of Accountancy in 1994, became a Notary Public CA State in 1998 in 2010 he received the Enrolled Agent designation from the Department of the Treasury and in Nov 2013 got his license to practice as a Certified Public Accountant from the State of California. He was awarded the proud NTPI Fellow designation from NAEA in August of 2015. He was a candidate of United States Tax Court Exam held in Nov 2018 in Washington DC in the United States Federal Tax Court Building.
